The Eastern Sierra in California is our favorite place to come with kids for a vacation outdoors. Camping in evergreen forests, hiking in majestic mountains, fishing in sparkling lakes, relaxing in hot springs, a ghost town or two, the oldest living trees in the world, the highest peak in the continental United States, this area is a hidden gem. In winter, Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain offer skiing and snowboarding in a spectacular setting. |
